By placing a purchase, using our website, seeking services, or otherwise dealing with our personnel, you agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement. Welcome to BRAND NEW Promotions (Creators Circle, LLC.). These agreements are legally enforceable in order to preserve a fair and transparent relationship between you (the client) and BRAND NEW Promotions. Please read this carefully.
1. General Information. Creative marketing services, apparel, promotional products, and custom-branded merchandise are the areas of expertise for BRAND NEW Promotions, which is run by Creators Circle, LLC. We work closely with our clients to achieve their branding objectives, and all purchases, unless otherwise noted, are made to order. Our services address the specific demands of businesses and organizations seeking to increase exposure through promotional merchandise. You accept, by interacting with us, that all custom items are non-refundable and that your participation in the design and approval process is required.
2. Pricing & Quotes. All prices supplied by BRAND NEW Promotions are based on particular project criteria and are valid for seven (7) days from the date the estimate is issued, unless otherwise noted. After this time, pricing may vary due to factors such as (a) material cost variations, (b) product availability, or (c) changes in design complexity. Pricing may also differ depending on further adjustments such as: (d) the quantity of print colors, (e) positioning location, or (f) bespoke finishes.
Sales tax will be charged unless the client has a valid resale or tax-exemption certificate at the time of ordering. If there are any additional fees, such as: (g) expedited manufacturing or (h) specific product sourcing, these will be properly explained and approved by the client before production begins.
3. Payment Policy. To initiate any custom production or graphic design work, BRAND NEW Promotions requires (a) payment upfront. This policy ensures that resources are allocated efficiently and that production timelines are not delayed. In some cases, and only by mutual agreement confirmed in writing: (b) partial payments or (c) alternative arrangements may be accepted. We accept a number of safe payment options, such as: (d) PayPal, (e) Zelle, (f) ACH bank transfers, and (g) all major credit and debit cards. An official receipt will be given upon payment, and the project will proceed to the design or production stage. Delays in payment may result in corresponding delays in production and delivery.
4. Artwork & Design Approvals. Customers can ask our in-house creative staff for custom design services or submit their own artwork. When the artwork is finished, you will receive a digital proof or mockup for review and approval. Checking the provided proof carefully for spelling, layout, color, and sizing mistakes is the client’s responsibility. No production will begin until written approval is received—email confirmation is acceptable for this purpose. If a client requests changes to an existing design, a revision fee may apply. This price begins at $20 and may increase depending on the complexity of the desired changes. Accurate and timely approval guarantees that your project remains on track.
5. Turnaround Time. Starting on the day that complete payment and final artwork approval are received, our normal production turnaround time is five (5) to ten (10) business days. Depending on the amount of the order, the kind of products requested, and our current manufacturing schedule, this time range can change. Rush services are offered upon request to clients who need processing to be completed more quickly. These will cost extra, though, and are subject to approval. The shipping period, which varies according to your location and the shipping method you choose, should also be taken into account. Rush processing does not accelerate shipping time unless specifically arranged.
6. Garment & Product Policy. To ensure the highest quality and consistency, BRAND NEW Promotions usually: (a) supplies all clothing and promotional items for client orders. This guarantees that the materials are compatible with our manufacturing equipment and that the finished product satisfies our quality standards. (b) On rare occasions, we may accept products from clients, but only with prior written consent. (c) Please keep in mind that any manufacturing defects, degradation, or misprints on apparel or other things that the client supplies are not our responsibility. (d) Any clothing supplied by the client must also be clean, unworn, and free of debris, lint, and pet hair before it is delivered for printing.
7. Shipping & Delivery. Local pickup, restricted local delivery (depending on availability), and nationwide shipping to the US, Canada, and Mexico are just a few of the delivery choices we provide to satisfy your needs. Uncontrollable events like inclement weather, shipping carrier delays, or customs procedures may affect actual delivery dates, despite our best efforts to meet specified delivery dates. BRAND NEW Promotions is not liable for any packages that are lost, delayed, or handled incorrectly by other couriers such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS. If you have a strict deadline, do inform us so that we can select the most reliable delivery option.
8. Returns & Refunds. Because of the unique nature of our work, (a) all sales are final. (b) Custom-printed items cannot be replenished or resold, therefore we emphasize the need for thorough review and approval before production. (c) However, in the odd event that we make an error—such as a mistake or a manufacturing defect—we will reproduce the damaged item(s) at no cost to you.
To be eligible for a reprint: (d) the issue must be reported within five (5) business days after receiving the order. (e) Claims must be submitted in writing and must include photo evidence of the problem. (f) We may also request that the defective item be returned for quality review.
9. Product Variations. There may be minor variations in appearance because all of our items are made with specific printing techniques and materials. These could include little variations in clothing sizing, print alignment, or color. Even while we aim for accuracy, these variances are a normal byproduct of specialized production techniques and are not flaws. The customer agrees to the potential of these small discrepancies by placing an order.
10. Intellectual Property. By sending BRAND NEW Promotions artwork, logos, designs, or any other type of content, clients are attesting to (a) their ownership of the legal right to use and reproduce that content. (b) You are in charge of making sure you are not violating any trademarks, copyrights, or other forms of intellectual property. (c) Any liability resulting from the unlawful use of client-provided protected material is disclaimed by BRAND NEW Promotions. (d) The customer who supplied the content bears full responsibility in the event that there is a disagreement about its lawful use.
11. Marketing Use. Because we take pride in what we do, we often highlight completed projects on our website, social media accounts, portfolio, and other marketing channels. We reserve the right to photograph, display, and distribute completed orders for marketing purposes unless the customer specifically requests otherwise in writing. Before your project is finished and delivered, please get in touch with us in writing if you would like it to stay confidential.
12. Policy Updates. Without prior warning, these terms and conditions could change. Any updates will be immediately reflected on our website. In order to be informed of any changes, customers are encouraged to review the conditions on a regular basis. You accept the updated terms if you continue to use our services after we make changes.
